One of my friends recently purchased True Crime: Streets Of L.A.. It is a great Playstation 2 game IMHO.
LENMANA and I spent some time playing the game, and cuz we can't play without cheat codes we found this one and I thought I'll share it with you guys:
All upgrades At the map screen, press Up, Left, Down, Left, Up, X. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.
