A friend of mine recently purchased Urban Reign. It is a very cool Playstation 2 game IMHO.
Adoracion and I got some free time to spend playing the game, and because we like cheat codes we found this one and I thought I'll share it with you guys:
Play as Kelly Successfully complete all Chapter 1 missions in Free mode with a “B” or greater rank to unlock Kelly.
